To convert from a servicing representation, to a combined effort of Members, Organizers and Business Representatives to organize the un-organized and regain our market share.

The Organizers and Business Representatives of District Council have finished house calling our members with the intention of recruiting committed individuals to assist in our mission; V.O.C.'s (Voluntary Organizing Committee).

V.O.C.'s may participate in the following activities:

·	Assist with house-calling members
·	Attend planning & zoning meetings to give the IUPAT a voice
·	Massive picketing
·	Handbilling
·	Assist the C.O.M.E.T. (Construction Organizing Membership Education Training)
